Check-in Requirements - Villa Ecotiva
Check-in Requirements:
Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check in at Villa Ecotiva. In the interests of security and to prevent fraud, guests are required to confirm their identity by providing their valid government issued photo identification (Aadhar card, State driver’s license, passport, etc.) at check-in. The documents will not be shared with any third party.
Check-in & Check-out Time:
Check-in Time: 2:00 p.m.
Check-out Time: Room rental period expires at 11:00 a.m.
Children:
We love to welcome children of all ages. Children aged 8 and under stay for free when sharing a room with one or more paying adult(s), using existing bedding.
Additional Bedding: Roll-away single bed can be arranged at additional cost as per the guest request. Please contact Front desk for Additional Bedding request.
Cancellation Rules:
The guest can cancel free of charge until 2 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 2 days before arrival.
